Your Mission: 

The individual we are seeking is passionate, energetic and will provide our client partners with the ambassadorship and expertise needed to assist them with navigating and optimizing our robust suite of research reports. You have the innate ability to build trust and rapport with key decision makers, and more importantly, you know how to convert a relationship in to a strategic alliance. Tapping in to your well-honed talent to identify new opportunities, you will be able to take a book of business and grow it to new heights because you’re smart, savvy and crushing it is just what you do. 

 

A Day in the Life:

  • It’s not your style to wait for the phone to ring. You’re proactively reaching out to get a pulse on your accounts at all times. You know how to get your clients on the phone and how to use their time wisely.
  •  You know when to ask questions. And when to listen. Especially when to listen.

  • You're a converter at heart because you are passionate about your work. You are resourceful and innovative, and you’re always looking for new ways to spread the word about our services.
  • Inherent curiosity and your thirst for information fuels the time and energy you invest in to researching each client’s needs, and because you are business-minded, you can parlay that information in to new opportunities.
  • You have natural sales chops. You never take a client for granted and approach each renewal like it’s a brand new deal.
  • You know what client feedback is essential to capture, and how to relay that feedback to home base to ensure that we are consistently iterating our products to best serve our clients’ needs.
  • You are comfortable speaking to groups of all sizes and conducting training sessions when needed.
  • Problem solving is rarely a problem. For you it’s a welcomed challenge, and when it comes to thinking on your feet you are at your best. You’ve got great instincts and it’s rarely ever your first rodeo.
  • Even though you are an individual contributor you thrive in a team environment, and enjoy a good brainstorm session with your colleagues.
  • Expertise: Commitment to stay up to date with product and knowledge and any factors or current events affecting the economy.

Need to Haves:

  • A sales and growth mindset. Inherently knowing that renewals are never a given and that losing a client need not be permanent. Experienced with locking in annual renewals and win-back situations.
  • Proven track record of success, using a consultative approach to renew, upgrade, and strategically manage a diverse book of business.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to work autonomously. 
  • Impeccable verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • A positive attitude and prideful work ethic.
  • Ability to travel domestically - about 10% throughout the year.
  • Must be able to work on site in our West L.A. office.

 

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience managing Saas accounts or selling Saas services.
  • A Bachelors degree or extensive account management experience.
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Office (particularly Access) experience.
